We support the OONO ASSOCIATES transport sector

Sensho is a group company of OONO ASSOCIATES, especially notable for owning the most number of vehicles.
In order to meet the needs of our customers, we have a wide collection of vehicles in different sizes for any form of packaging or any kind of industrial waste, contaminated soil, etc. By providing expertise with safe, quick, and accurate driving, we support the OONO ASSOCIATES delivery sector.

The key to reconstruction: disaster wastes

Followed by the 2016 Kumamoto earthquakes and 2017 heavy rain disaster of Northern Kyūshū, the heavy rain of Western Japan, July 2018, struck our home, Ehime, as an unprecedented disaster. Immediately after the disaster, we received calls to transport disaster wastes. It took much longer than usual to reach the site as the road was cut off due to landslides. Under a situation where reconstruction was nowhere to be started with scattered disaster wastes, our heavy vehicles continually carried them out.
Our “mobile transportation structure” is designed to contribute in the speedy recovery and reconstruction, as seen in the transportation from “disaster sites” to “Frep Tōon”.

The popular heavy vehicle: a 28t trailer dump truck (on the left) and a 10t container truck (on the right). Within our collection, we have the largest number of these vehicles.

Proud of Our Mobility

We make a point of adding the latest transport vehicles, heavy machines and special vehicles to our fleet. Allocating the right vehicles and developing experienced drivers ensure that our transports for demolition and other sites are speedy, within short time frames. When the Kumamoto earthquakes struck in 2016, we were able to facilitate the reconstruction work.

Membership of Japan Disaster Treatment Systems (JDTS)

At times of unprecedented disasters like the Great East Japan earthquake, Kumamoto earthquakes and 2017 Northern Kyūshū floods, we swiftly and efficiently process disaster wreckage as a member of Japan Disaster Treatment Systems (JDTS). By transporting wreckage from the affected areas to Frep Tōon, Sensho Unyu makes an immediate contribution to recovery and reconstruction.

About Japan Disaster Treatment Systems

JDTS is an association of private companies set up to support rapid recovery and reconstruction in disaster-stricken areas through fast, appropriate treatment and recycling of disaster wreckage. This association is recognized by the Ministry of the Environment’s Disaster Waste Treatment Support Network (D.Waste-Net).

Advanced Operations Management System for Fast, Appropriate and Efficient Vehicle Dispatching

The Oono Associates transport fleet comprises over 200 vehicles. Instructions based on vehicle type, load, highway regulations, traffic information etc. can all be transmitted from our Headquarters to individual drivers. Using smartphone GPS and a computer-based system that provides highly accurate identification of a vehicle’s location entirely from the driver’s phone, instructions for a faster route can be sent, or a sudden collection request can be transmitted quickly and accurately to the nearest driver. To ensure that our transport operations are fully compliant with prefectural and national law, we apply for special vehicle operation permits etc., as well as applying to road administrators and the police for other permits and licenses.
